Going Overseas?
Your monthly included data value does not include usage while you’re overseas, so you’ll be charged separately for this usage. Roaming is not available in all the countries. Please refer to the International Roaming Sheet for more information.

How much data will I need to watch a movie?
1GB/hour for Standard Definition, 3GB/hour for High Definition and 7GB/hour for Ultra High Def.
You have the option to change the playback settings in your streaming account eg Netflix.
- Low (0.3 GB per hour)
- Medium (SD: 0.7 GB per hour)
- High (Best video quality, with up to 3GB per hour for HD streaming and 7GB per hour for Ultra HD streaming)
- Auto (Adjusts automatically to deliver the highest possible quality based on your internet speed/connection)
If you plan on watching movies on your mobile device, we highly recommend using a WiFi connection so you can keep your Mobile Broadband data for everything else.
